We have tried a couple of Chinese places (good and cheapish) and a Indian place (very good and expensive). There are no Mexican places! The couple that are here have been reviewed really poorly and they look expensive. No San Jose, no Monterrey, nothing. Andi found taco shells and made some really good tacos, so we now have a way out. One of the best meals I have had here.
BTW, Subway seems to be really doing well here. I think the fresh bread and vegetables appeal to the Germans. I even found a Subway with an ice machine!
As I am sure you are aware, the Europeans are having a soccer tourney. Every time someone finishes a game, their supporters drive around town and honk their horns. Last night it was Italy. It does not matter if it is 11:00 at night, these crazies disturb the peace. Soccer drives me crazy. Two hours of watching some guy kick a ball to some other guy and maybe someone accidentally scores one point. It is more boring that the most boring pitchers duel in baseball.
Wenesday: Franziskaner Weissbier. Very good with Mexican.
