The sixth of January was the twelfth day of Christmas, another German holiday. We hit Neuschwanstein. We toured both the castles, Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. Both are pretty amazing. It was a cold day, but you had to hike up a mountain to get to the castles.
The next day we hit Munich again. Residence palace, main church, Hofbrauhaus, and the Roccoco little chapel.
Neckarmueller Weisse - Paul says "Good wheat beer. Not too heavy. If I was going to drink a lot..." I think this is the bottled version of beer we had in a brew pub in Tubingen.
Grimbergenn Blond (French) - Not too memorable. Paul says "ehh."
Mauritius Zwickauer Bock Dunkel - Paul says "looks really dark. It is deceptively light. Strong flavor with some cinnamon aftertaste." I say it is strong.
